Order Bissell 1867-7 Steam Mop Hard-Floor Cleaner, Green Tea

I am a neat freak. I have white ceramic floors in dining room and kitchen and thought this mop sounded great so I bought it. What a pain in the back. I used it on my hallways (pergo ) and had to get on my hands and knees to dry it off. I used it on my ceramic tile and had to towel dry it too. The mop does clean, the water is hot and while I was talking to Bissell on the phone I plugged the machine in and had the represenative guide me through the process. Still, lots of standing water. My floors are slick when wet so my only option is to hand dry them. Leaving the ceramic floor to dry on its own took about 6 minutes and left lots of streaks. If I had lots of time to clean the floor and hand dry it I would probably keep the mop but I wanted a way to get out of the kitchen quicker so this proudct does not work for me.
