we ordered a new iron because I'm a big quilter and my old iron finally died.
This seemed like such a good iron and nice features, but when I first started using it I knew it wasn't for me.
It doesn't have an ON light, it has an indicator light that shuts off when the iron is hot enough, but otherwise I'd have no idea if the iron is on or not.
I have my iron out all the time and use it daily and that's how I can safely leave the room- look for the light and see if it's off before I leave the room.
So I would think this is a fire hazard!
